All items listed in our auctions are sold “As Is” without any warranties or guarantees, whether expressed or implied. All In Auctions makes every effort to accurately describe and depict items through photographs, descriptions, and any available information. However, it is the Bidder’s responsibility to thoroughly review item details and condition before placing a bid.
2. Bidding and Winning:
Bidders are responsible for placing accurate bids. The highest bid acknowledged by the auctioneer or the online platform will be the winning bid. Winning Bidders are required to complete payment for the item(s) won, including any applicable fees and taxes.
3. Payment and Fees:
All In Auctions reserves the right to charge Buyer’s Premium and applicable taxes on top of the winning bid amount. Payment must be made in full within the specified timeframe and in accordance with the accepted payment methods. Non-payment or insufficient funds may result in the cancellation of the transaction and possible suspension from future auctions.
4. No Refunds or Exchanges:
All sales are final. Once an item is won and payment is completed, there will be no refunds, exchanges, or returns. Bidders are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review item descriptions and images, and to seek additional information if necessary, before placing bids.
5. Inspection and Preview:
Bidders are welcome to inspect items prior to bidding by attending any scheduled preview events. Any concerns or questions about item condition should be addressed during these events or through inquiries submitted to All In Auctions before bidding.
6. Pickup and Shipping:
Buyers are responsible for arranging the pickup, shipping, and transportation of items won. All In Auctions may provide recommendations for third-party shipping services, but is not responsible for any issues or damages related to the shipping process.
7. Ownership and Risk:
Ownership of items transfers to the Buyer upon successful payment. However, risk of loss or damage to items remains with the Buyer from the moment of sale. All In Auctions is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur post-sale.
8. Errors and Omissions:
All In Auctions reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in item descriptions, pricing, or other information related to the auction. Such corrections may be made at any time without notice.
9. Auctioneer’s Discretion:
The auctioneer has the sole discretion to determine the starting bids, bidding increments, and final winners of the auction items. In the event of disputes or discrepancies, the auctioneer’s decision is final.
